Virtual tours
The client is aware that virtual tours require third party software to be installed on a computer for the tour to be viewed and that eye three60 create virtual tours that need either QuickTime, Java or Flash to be installed on a computer for the tour to work how it was designed. The client is also aware that eye three60 virtual tours are made up of multiple images. These images are best viewed using a broadband connection. Once completed your tour will require approval, you will be sent a link to approve your tour. Once approved, the tour will be placed live on the eye three60 server and you will be able to link to it from your existing website.
Copyright
eye three60 retain full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all virtual tours created and photographs taken. These virtual tours are solely for display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission of eye three60. eye three60 will supply full copyright to their clients for a small fee, and the written permission to use such work within marketing.
UK law
eye three60 is a business based in Luton , Bedfordshire, England, and is therefore governed by English law. This is still applicable for anybody who can view the websites in any other country, and / or has contact with eye three60 by any other means of communication such as electronic mail, fax or post, without necessarily having viewed the website www.eye three60.co.uk
Visual Use
eye three60 have the right to show work created for the clients on the eye three60 website, and websites owned by eye three60. Unless by law the images are of a sensitive nature.
Faults
Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera malfunction, loss or theft, eye three60 can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure.
General Liability
eye three60 can accept no liability for any failure of any type resulting from the failure in any way of any product or service they supply.
Payment Terms
For all non-account holders, payment for all products and services provided by eye three60 must be made upon completion of the assignment. For authorised account holders, payment of the eye three60 invoice must be made within 7 days of the date of that invoice. eye three60 reserves the right to withdraw account facilities and services without notice should the client fail to pay eye three60 invoices within the 7 days.
eye three60 Brand
Unless an agreement has been formed the eye three60 logo and web address will appear within the commission work.
Weather
eye three60 cannot be held responsible for the weather. If weather conditions are not favourable and the client wishes for the outside shots to be taken on another day then the client will need to schedule another visit at extra cost to the client. eye three60 will always count this as additional work and provide the client with a quote for this additional work.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from any work completed by eye three60 with be dealt with fairly and quickly. In the first instance, any correspondence should be sent to eye three60, 38 Baker Street, Luton, LU1 3PX
